Barbecue Beef Brisket Sandwich

We went to O' Brien's pit barbecue today for lunch. I was so freaking hungry and just wanted to chow down like a mad man. I ordered a beef brisket sandwich. I loaded the plate with black beans & rice and a lot of green beans--I have been working out trying to be fit for my upcoming trip to Europe. Lunch was so good. The brisket was moist and tasty.
